Negotiating with Supplier/Vendor Base for Special Contract Pricing.
Develop Marketing and Growth Programs with Supplier/Vendors that support the future growth effort of the Chain, and help build partnerships with those key Supplier/Vendors.
Set up and manage the RFP process to seek out the best distribution option available to the Chain.
Manage the Audit Process to assure correct prices and markups are being charged to the Franchisee.
Work with Food Distributor to be sure all products are being purchased in the proper price/weight brackets.
Work with Food Distributor and Supplier/Vendors to analyze the freight equation of the purchasing process. Freight is a key component of cost and IFM clearly understands this and is proactive in this area.
Be an Advocate for the Franchisee and get involved in the distribution issues that do arise. This means being proactive in the process and dealing with the Food Distributor to assure the proper service is being rendered to all Franchisee locations.
Help Franchisor with ideas and strategies for growth and profitability and help implement those new programs and ideas.
